During Professional Affairs Committee meeting new chalenges and requirements to the profesion of tax advisers have been discussed. In the Fiscal Committee meetings new initiatives of EU and OECD related to direct and indirect taxation, including cross-border transfer of business, have been analysed. Also, we have examined latest developments of judiciary of European Court of Justice.<\/p>\n
